When pet food or litter is donated to us, we are happy to distribute it to low-income families with pets in our area.

You can help us get free for our foster kittens by saving your KMR receipts and proofs of purchase for KMR items.  Please mail these items to our post office address at: A Cat's Tale, 4001 Inglewood Avenue, Ste 101-285, Redondo Beach CA, 90278-1121, Attn:  KMR Labels or bring them to the PETCO in Culver City any Saturday.

Do you love animals? Meet like-minded people and have fun helping homeless animals by volunteering as little as one hour a week.  If you are able to help out or would like a complete listing ov volunteer opportunities, please email us at info@acatstail.org.  Our volunteer coordinator will contact you to discuss your interests, availability, and talents to provide additional information on the opportunities that you are interested in.  Training will be provided.  A Cat's Tale is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping animals.

• Liaisons to work with local animal control organizations to get photos and descriptions of adoptable cats and/or dogs

• Placement program coodinator, photography, writing, phone and/or mailings

• Kittens:  baby shampoo, diaper wipes, jars of baby food (chicken, beef, ham, and turkey), Just Born or Nuturall (milk replacement), and KMR
• Kittens and cats:  canned and dry food (any brand), cat litter (any brand)
• Cleaning supplies:  bleach, dishwashing soap, disinfectant wipes, hand sanitizer, laundry detergent, and paper towels
• Gift cards: PETCO, PETSMART, Target (distributed to our foster families to purchase food and litter
• Household items:  crates, heating pads, pet carriers, sheets, small blankets (baby receiving blankets or fleece), and towels
